Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
